Weigh In Day!!

Weigh in day, used to stress me out. I know I am my own worst enemy. I have high expectations for myself. I rarely meet those expectations. Which causes frustration, anxiety, even some anger. Let me be real, it also makes me feel like a huge failure. With that being said, I am not going to fail at this lifestyle change. I just need to remind myself that I don't need to be perfect everyday, just try my best.

My weight this morning was 207.8. I take Sunday's off from the gym, but I generally try to do something else, to get my steps in. It is about 3:30 right now and I have 10,008 steps, for the day. I have a few happy places, I like to go. The main one being the Phoenix Zoo. I have a membership there and I am constantly working on my photography skills there. We spent a few hours there this morning. I captured some great photos, got some steps in and just enjoyed being outdoors.


When we got home I was starving. I made a wrap with roasted red pepper hummus, black beans, corn lettuce and tomato. It was delicious. Oh yeah, I forgot to share my breakfast with you all. I made multigrain pancakes with fruit and just a tad bit of syrup. They weren't bad. They will definitely take some getting used to. I haven't made it to the food prep part of my day. It is near. I have been putting it off and spending some quality time with my hubby and pets. This week for lunch will be wraps. Super quick and easy. Tonight we will have stuffed spaghetti squash boats. They are delicious. My pineapple chips came out beautifully. Pictures to follow.

I am going to get started on the cauliflower rice. Then I am going to spend the rest of the night with the family. :) Until tomorrow.
